Tokvib provides public diagnostic tools for social media auditing, OSINT research, competitor analysis, and personal archive backup. As a user, you agree to the following usage conditions:
Strict Independence: Tokvib is a private, independent web application developer. We have zero official affiliation, association, sponsorship, or contract with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform or corporate entity.
All brand names, trade names, logos, trademarks, and associated copyright materials referenced on our tools (including the terms "TikTok", "Douyin", "Snapchat", etc.) are the sole intellectual property of their respective trademark holders. We reference these terms strictly for descriptive, indexation, and informational purposes under fair-use guidelines.
Tokvib provides its open-source diagnostics "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or ongoing reliability of data metrics, country locations, or creation dates. Since our lookups query live external public server parameters, changing API formats may temporarily restrict search capabilities. We do not warrant that our servers are completely free of technical latency or down-times.
Under no circumstances shall Tokvib OSINT Labs, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages, personal account restrictions, or marketing portfolio discrepancies arising out of your use or inability to use our tools. You agree to hold us harmless from all liability claims.
